GMP Engineering Technician Specialist | Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing |

Contract – 12 month to start with

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in a cutting‑edge biopharmaceutical environment? We’re seeking a GMP Engineering Technician Specialist to be a hands‑on technical leader supporting critical manufacturing equipment and ensuring first‑time‑right outcomes across mRNA manufacturing platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert engineering support for complex GMP manufacturing equipment (Ultrafiltration, Chromatography, TMIX, Single Use Mixers, Fermenters, Reaction Vessels, and more).
• Serve as the engineering owner for assigned equipment, ensuring uptime, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, implement robust CAPAs, and manage deviations, change controls, and quality records.
• Lead technical projects, contribute to technology transfers, and optimize preventative maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operators, equipment SMEs, and quality teams to enable flawless batch outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands on experience in a process engineering or similar role, including GMP/GxP manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of bioprocess equipment (UF, Chromatography, TMIX, Single Use Mixers, Fermenters, etc.).
• Proven problem‑solving skills with structured root‑cause investigation experience.
• Technical writing expertise and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with professionalism and integrity.
