Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for supplier management, strategic sourcing, and driving global supply chain excellence? We're seeking a Global Procurement Analyst to play a key role in managing strategic supplier relationships, leading sourcing initiatives, and supporting complex manufacturing and supply chain optimisation projects on a global scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing contractual relationships with global suppliers and vendors
- Leading supplier sourcing, selection and qualification activities, including formal RFP and bidding processes
- Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, service agreements and contracts to deliver value and mitigate risk
- Monitoring supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations
- Conducting supplier and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks and cost-saving initiatives
- Building strong supplier partnerships and driving continuous improvement programmes
- Supporting procurement and manufacturing optimisation projects across international stakeholder groups
- Developing supplier performance reporting and executive-level dashboards
- Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through proactive supplier management and contingency planning
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management or Supply Chain
- Strong negotiation and contract management expertise
- Experience managing vendor relationships and performance metrics
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment such as Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics or High-Tech industries is highly desirable
- Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP, Ariba, Power BI and advanced Excel would be advantageous
