Remote- HR Project Delivery Specialist – Global HR Operations | 9-12-Month Contract

Role Summary
We’re supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the UK on a major HR Operations transformation programme. They are bringing critical HR services back in-house from a third-party provider, and are seeking an experienced HR Project Delivery Specialist to help drive this multi-year transition.
You’ll join the programme at the crucial planning phase, working alongside a highly capable PMO to deliver strategic HR projects across global regions (Americas, LATAM, EMEA, APAC). This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a complex, high-impact programme end-to-end.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and partner with the PMO on a multi-region HR operations insourcing programme
- Build full project plans and influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with HR Operations, HRBPs & leadership across global time zones
- Drive key project governance, tracking, risk management, and reporting
- Support business readiness, change and process improvement activity
- Own delivery for your assigned region – taking projects from planning → completion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HR project management experience across global environments
- Experience supporting insourcing / outsourcing / vendor transition work
- Comfortable working across complex stakeholder groups & global time zones
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ticketing)
- Confident user of full Microsoft Suite, including MS Project
- Resilient, proactive, able to navigate ambiguity
- SuccessFactors experience desirable (not essential)
- LATAM exposure would be a big plus.
