Job Description:

We are looking for a Coaching Program Coordinator to manage coaching requests, resource allocation, and vendor relationships within a global organization. This role ensures smooth coordination between teams and coaches while maintaining high-quality coaching standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track coaching requests, ensuring proper documentation
• Assign coaches based on location, expertise, and availability
• Manage contracts with external coaches and vendors, including amendments
• Support onboarding of external coaches, ensuring system access and process alignment
• Maintain and improve the coaching management system, monitoring performance
• Automate coaching request processes for efficiency
• Coordinate vendor interviews and leadership meetings for resource selection
• Schedule and oversee meetings with permanent coaches
• Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact
• Prioritize coaching efforts to support critical teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in a global organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience in vendor management and contract handling
• Ability to automate processes for improved efficiency
• Expertise in resource allocation and utilization
