As a Clinical Logistics Associate, you will play a key part in the clinical supply chain, ensuring investigational products and clinical materials move efficiently, accurately, and compliantly through logistics operations. This position supports multiple supply chain nodes involved in producing and distributing materials for clinical studies.
You will work within a cross‑trained team that flexes to meet operational demand, maintain business continuity, and provide opportunities for skill development across the full logistics workflow. This is a 6 month contract with the view to extend. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.
- Key Responsibilities
- Receiving Operations — Accept inbound clinical materials, verify documentation, and ensure compliant intake.
- Put‑Away & Storage — Place materials into appropriate storage locations, maintaining accuracy and environmental controls.
- Sampling Activities — Support sampling processes for quality, stability, or analytical testing.
- Picking & Checking — Select materials for orders, perform accuracy checks, and prepare items for packing.
- Packing & Shipping — Pack clinical materials to GDP standards and coordinate outbound shipments to global clinical sites.
- Cross‑Functional Support — Provide operational coverage across logistics functions to manage capacity fluctuations.
- Compliance & Documentation — Maintain accurate records, follow SOPs, and uphold GDP/GMP expectations.
- Skills & Experience
- Experience in clinical supply logistics, pharmaceutical warehousing, or regulated distribution environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple operational tasks.
- Familiarity with GDP/GMP principles and controlled material handling.
- Comfortable using inventory management or ERP systems.
