In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of multiple early-phase clinical trials, bringing your expertise to develop processes, ensure high-quality patient care, and contribute to groundbreaking research that can change lives. Your clinical background, paired with a passion for innovation and leadership, will be essential as you initially manage studies independently and potentially mentor a team of Nurses in the future.
Required Skills:
- Proven clinical research experience, including experience with Phase I-IV studies
- Strong background in Respiratory (Asthma, COPD), Cardiology, Women’s Health, or Medical Devices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage studies on site
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Capable of adapting to a start-up environment with flexibility and initiative
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing or line-managing research nursing teams
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and regulatory requirements
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, multi-study setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent NHS Band 7 or 8 (or above) with relevant clinical research background
- Previous experience in a research setting, especially in industry or outpatient clinics
