Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical operations across early development through post-approval activities, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage complex trial programs, timelines, budgets, and regulatory interactions.
- Develop and execute clinical development strategies aligned with regulatory expectations and company goals.
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships with stakeholders, CROs, and collaborators.
- Monitor quality, compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Clinical Development with leadership experience; track record of managing global or regional trial portfolios.
- Strong expertise in clinical operations, trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP.
- Experience working with outsourced models (CROs and collaborators).
- Background in rare diseases or autoimmune conditions is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards.
- Prior leadership experience within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for clinical site visits, meetings, and regulatory inspections.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and compliance.
