We are seeking a highly experienced market access professional to lead global evidence synthesis and value generation activities for innovative pharmaceutical products. The role is critical in supporting global and regional teams to develop comprehensive payer evidence, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions, and value dossiers across product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of global value dossiers, payer evidence documents, and strategic materials to support access and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including health economics, clinical development, regulatory, and commercial to ensure integrated evidence strategies.
- Support early HTA engagement, local adaptation of global evidence, and payer negotiations at launch and key lifecycle milestones.
- Identify evidence gaps, coordinate real-world evidence generation, and ensure alignment with global product strategy.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and local affiliates.
- Represent payer perspectives in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including product launches, commercial strategy, or market access.
- Extensive experience in market access-related functions (e.g., health economics, outcomes research, HTA).
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or programs in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global oversight of access strategy and payer evidence development.
- Familiarity with HTA submissions and payer interactions in major markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across regions and functions.
