In this pivotal role within People Services, you will be responsible for the seamless execution and administration of benefit and retirement programs, including health & welfare, savings plans, and wellness initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in Benefits Administration or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of benefit plans, policies, and legislative requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (including vlookups and pivot tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Service Now, Darwin, or Ariel is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and multi-regional teams.
