What You\βll Bring
- Proven experience in Benefits Administration within a complex, multi-country or multicultural environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and effectively
- Ability to interpret benefit policies, support process improvements, and deliver exceptional service
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of regional employment laws and benefits legislation relevant to the UK and Europe
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
Nice To Have Skills
- Prior experience within HR Shared Services delivery models
- Coaching or training skills to develop team or stakeholder capabilities
- Familiarity with wellness programs and vendor management
- Experience supporting benefits system implementations and enhancements
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor\βs degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of hands-on Benefits Administration experience in fast-moving, global environments
- Knowledge of social security programs, vendor management, and compliance frameworks
Other Requirements
- This position is office-based with a flexible work model, including 50% remote work
- Employment to commence in January 2026
- Must hold valid employment eligibility within the UK
