The Role: We are seeking an Omnichannel Strategist to join the Commercial Excellence function and support brand teams in designing, executing, and optimizing omnichannel strategies. This role is embedded within brand teams, primarily focused on healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, and leads digital and media channel planning, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of omnichannel brand campaigns, media plans, and tactical programs to drive measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with brand teams and Commercial Excellence functions (Content Delivery, Customer Engagement Platforms) to create channel-agnostic engagement strategies, then translate them into targeted digital channel plans.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, content, and customer engagement.
- Apply advanced digital marketing capabilities and best practices, including analytics, modular content, CRM, websites, IVAs, email, social media, remote engagement, and SEM, to achieve business objectives.
- Drive innovation by piloting and scaling new digital tools and marketing capabilities.
- Coach brand teams to adopt new ways of working and integrate omnichannel strategies into daily operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in digital/omnichannel marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, analytics, and multi‑channel marketing operations.
- Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish is essential due to regular collaboration with in‑market colleagues.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven with experience leveraging insights to optimize customer engagement and campaign performance.
