We are partnered with one of our Pharmaceutical clients who is seeking to hire a Laboratory Coordinator in Cambridge. You would be leading and managing essential laboratory and equipment maintenance, as well as reagent management and inventory. You will coordinate the storage and inventory of incoming shipments and manage outgoing shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the laboratory environment
- Manage consumables and reagents, ensuring timely restocking
- Handle glassware cleaning and autoclaving as needed
- Support equipment maintenance (e.g. water bath decontamination, defrosting, pipette calibration)
- Represent CMB in engineering meetings
- Liaise with and host engineers, including supporting work permits
- Oversee onboarding and decommissioning of equipment
- Organise incoming and outgoing shipments e.g. Customers, third party vendors
Key Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant laboratory experience
- Previous experience of project/reagent/equipment management
