Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead product-specific marketing strategies, positioning, targeting, and commercialization plans
  • Define campaign goals and ensure consistent, persona-driven messaging across marketing activities
  • Conduct and support market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, segmentation, and competitors
  • Collaborate with product management to shape product roadmaps and ensure strong product-market fit
  • Monitor product performance, including adoption, market share, and effectiveness of messaging
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support sales enablement

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product marketing
  • Industry experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with eCommerce, digital marketing, and full-funnel marketing strategies
