What You'll Bring to the Role
- Extensive experience in HEOR, health economics, or payer evidence within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven expertise in designing and executing HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) generation strategies
- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, payer landscapes, and reimbursement pathways
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in health economic modeling and data analysis
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data into compelling insights for diverse audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a focus on value demonstration and market access strategies
