Required Skills
  • Proven experience in market access, healthcare strategy, or health economics within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
  • Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer landscapes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic insights
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence decision‑makers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international setting
Nice to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of specific therapeutic areas relevant to the company’s portfolio
  • Experience with health technology assessment (HTA) submissions
  • Fluency in additional European languages
  • Familiarity with digital tools and data modeling for market access strategies
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or related roles within the healthcare industry
  • International experience or experience working across multiple European markets is highly desirable
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel, primarily within Europe
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
