- Ability to operate effectively under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions during hyper-care phases
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise across study teams, regional leads, external partners, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Experience working with external logistics partners such as CMOs, depots, and logistics providers
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing temperature-sensitive or patient-critical shipments
- Familiarity with external depots and international supply networks
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in clinical trial logistics
- Prior experience in coordinating in similar depots
