Associate Director, Payer Evidence & HEOR, Global Value & Access

What You’ll Bring to the Role–Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in HEOR, health economics, or payer evidence within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proven expertise in designing and executing HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) generation strategies
• Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, payer landscapes, and reimbursement pathways
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in health economic modeling and data analysis
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data into compelling insights for diverse audiences
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with a focus on value demonstration and market access strategies

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within global markets across multiple regions
• Knowledge of regulatory science and interactions with health authorities
• Familiarity with advanced data analytics, real-world data sources, and innovative evidence generation methodologies
• Prior experience managing or mentoring teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced degree (PhD, Master’s, or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing payer evidence strategies at a global level

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approx. 20-30%)
• Professional memberships or certifications in relevant fields are a plus
