What you will do:

  • You provide the tourists with full and high-standard support during the refund transactions, customised on requirements and case.
  • You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.
  • You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.

Who you are

  • Min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury).
  • Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese or Spanish are mostly welcomed.
