Planet seeks an Assistant Company Secretary to support corporate governance, legal entity management and board administration across its international group. The role ensures statutory obligations are met, maintains records, and assists with governance projects and legal entity initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
You will help deliver strategic governance initiatives, support MIP administration, and manage relationships with external advisers while upholding high standards of governance.
