Role Overview
This role supports Planetβs strategic growth by coordinating key initiatives, business reporting, and M&A activities. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, it drives continuous improvement, tracks performance against company goals, and ensures alignment across stakeholders for strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- At Planet, we are always striving to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue growth and to make our existing processes more streamlined.
- This position will support the Chief of Staff in coordinating with initiative owners to scope financial and business impact, measure progress against timelines, and prepare frequent updates to Senior Leadership.
Business Reporting Coordination
- Planet has experienced strong growth over the past couple of years, and we are keen to continue this positive momentum by setting clear and measurable goals for the entire organization.
- This position will support in the preparation of monthly business reporting packs across the company, including liaising cross-functionally to report on BAU and strategic KPIs that measure our performance against our 2025 goals.
M&A Coordination and Preparation
- As Planet explores strategic growth opportunities, this position may need to support in ensuring readiness and alignment across stakeholders for any M&A activity.
- Some potential areas of support include: Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies related to M&A workstreams.Support the preparation of briefing documents, executive summaries, and board materials.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. legal, finance, strategy) to ensure smooth information flow.
