As our Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating engaging, values-led learning experiences that drive both individual growth and commercial performance. Reporting to the People Manager, you'll create, deliver, and continuously improve training initiatives across our Stores and Support Office. In this hands-on, high-energy role, you'll bring fresh thinking to induction, onboarding, upskilling, and engagement - ensuring learning is aligned to business goals, compliant, measurable, and impactful. Working in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment, you'll balance training delivery, logistics, systems, and stakeholder collaboration to embed a strong and positive learning culture across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end training journey from content creation to delivery and impact measurement.
- Develop and deliver engaging, multi-format learning experiences that drive performance and support business objectives.
- Develop and deliver effective induction and onboarding experiences that immerse new starters in our culture and set them up for success.
- Partner with Store and Support Office teams to identify capability gaps and co-create practical learning solutions.
- Manage and continuously improve our Learning Management System to ensure learning is accessible, intuitive and effective.
- Build strong relationships across the business to champion a positive learning culture and drive engagement.
- Support inclusive development pathways, including partnerships with SEND providers and internship programmes.
- Track and report on learning impact through clear metrics, insights and KPI measurement.
- Ensure mandatory and compliance training is delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and high standards across content and delivery.
- Continuously improve the learning & development strategy to keep it relevant, impactful and aligned with our evolving business needs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven Learning & Development experience, ideally within a fast paced, multi-site retail environment.
- Confidence creating and delivering engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning impact and translate data into actionable insight.
- A genuine passion for retail and a strong interest in organic, sustainability, health, and wellness.
- Positive, proactive energy, balancing creativity with strong commercial awareness.
