We are looking for a Marketing Leader who can turn insight into impact — someone who blends brand vision with performance discipline. You will own and execute a B2B marketing strategy that strengthens Planet Mark's position in the market, builds high-intent demand, and directly fuels revenue growth. Working closely with the Sales and Product Leadership team, you will shape targeted, purpose-driven communications that resonate across priority sectors and scale our reach.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver a marketing strategy that unites brand, performance, SEO, AI-driven optimisation, and campaigns — driving high-intent demand and measurable revenue impact.
- Evolve and protect the Planet Mark brand, ensuring consistent, compelling communication that resonates across priority audiences and sectors.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team executing integrated campaigns, ABM motions, events, paid activity, and digital content.
- Build a data-first marketing function by owning analytics across traffic, engagement, CAC, pipeline growth, attribution accuracy, and conversion optimisation.
- Oversee continuous optimisation of our digital channels and marketing tech infrastructure to improve insights, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Deliver a strategic events programme — including flagship events, webinars, sector activations, and speaker opportunities — to expand reach and deepen engagement.
- Ensure seamless alignment with Sales and Product to support lead quality, nurture pathways, and customer lifecycle performance.
- A seasoned Marketing Leader with experience of leading B2B marketing functions and driving commercial growth through brand building, SEO, AI-informed optimisation, content and multi-channel digital strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building predictable demand engines using analytics, attribution modelling and data-driven decision making.
- Strong command of tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to create clarity around pipeline metrics and marketing ROI.
- Leadership and Management experience; leading a multi-disciplinary marketing function.
- Commercially minded, with an ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes, revenue targets and organisational growth.
- Passionate about sustainability, climate action or purpose-led business and motivated by marketing that drives meaningful impact.
