Planet Intelligent Technology is on a mission to empower businesses with the best IT solutions. We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced onsite Support Engineer to join our team and help our clients achieve high levels of operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support to clients at the Hampton and Guildford sites.
- Act as the escalation point of contact for team members and customers.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of client systems, networks and applications.
- Collaborate with various support teams to resolve complex issues comprehensively.
- Document support activities, create knowledge-base articles, and drive continuous improvement.
- Be flexible and willing to travel between Hampton and Guildford sites.
