Planet Ice Coventry has an exciting opportunity for a Box Office Assistant / Receptionist / Customer Service Adviser. Job Type: Part Time
Planet Ice Coventry is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual who can work well under pressure alone and as part of a team, with strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greeting Customers
- Cash Handling
- Answering The Telephone
- Responding To Emails
- Liaising With Co-Workers
- Make Bookings For Upcoming Courses/Events
- Previous receptionist/administration work would be a bonus, however full training will be given.
Skills and qualifications
- Good telephone manner, be punctual and be able to think on their feet.
- Experience with computers essential (particularly Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Part time role suitable for a confident and friendly individual.
Hours of Work
This is a part time role where the successful applicant can expect to work around 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during school holidays and when covering annual leave.
Compensation and Location
Pay: Up to Β£12.21 per hour
