The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a judgment-free atmosphere for members while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean environment for all members to enjoy.
  • Interact with customers via telephone or in person to provide information and resolve account concerns.
  • Build rapport with customers to promote sales of memberships and additional services or products.
  • Ensure proper resolution of customer issues and keep detailed records of interactions.
  • Address service or billing concerns, including exchanges, refunds, or bill adjustments.
  • Service a variety of customers with diverse needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Complete necessary forms and records using computers.
  • Work effectively in a team setting.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
