Salary: £30K to £40K per annum (Depending on experience) + Performance Bonus

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Student Marketing & Recruitment Executive to join our team. This role is focused on converting prospective student enquiries into successful enrolments through effective sales, relationship management and marketing outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage and convert student enquiries into enrolments through proactive follow-ups, calls, texts, emails, face-to-face meetings, etc.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed student recruitment targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Admissions Support: Guide students through the admissions process, providing accurate information, ensuring appropriate documentation and a smooth application journey.
- Marketing Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing teams to deliver campaigns that generate high-quality leads for student recruitment.
- CRM Management: Track leads and applications using the company’s CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Events & Fairs: Represent the institution at student fairs, open days and recruitment events.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospective students and recruitment partners to maximise conversions.
- Market Insight: Provide feedback on student trends and competitor activities to support strategy development.
Qualification & Skills
- Previous experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing (education sector preferred).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling objections and closing enrolments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A results-driven, motivated, and professional attitude.
