Our client is a well known food manufacturer offering excellent career progression and job satisfaction. They are currently looking for an FMCG Brand Manager to be based at the head office in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity to support the product range which has grown steadily over the past few years and to be involved in the full marketing mix. You will join a supportive team reporting into the Chilled Marketing Manager alongside a Marketing Executive to create and implement the marketing strategy and deliver against ambitious growth opportunities for their deserts range.
The successful candidate will further support the Marketing Manager in the planning and delivery of the annual Marketing and Brand strategies for the brand. You will have the chance to support across a wide range of activities such as brand planning, full mix communications, strategic planning as well as NPD.
You will be a creative and commercially savvy, professionally mature person with strong influencing skills to direct and motivate people at all levels, both in and outside of your immediate team to deliver positive solutions.
This role will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility and ownership and is looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment where they can really make a difference.
