A Senior Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing operations across all business segments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role leads a team of billing professionals, implements process improvements, and collaborates cross-functionally with finance, operations, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize revenue flow.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, with 7+ years of billing experience and a proven track record in managing complex, high-volume billing environments. Strong leadership, analytical, and ERP system skills are essential.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 7 year(s) experience in billing management or related position
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
  • Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion

Conditions:
