The Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a key player in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate across departments to analyze processes, identify improvements, and deliver actionable insights that align with company goals. This role requires someone who demonstrates initiative, urgency, and creativity in solving problems and improving workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using industry‑standard tools and methods.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Partner with the Innovation Operations Manager on research and development for new technology applications.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Innovation Team on enterprise data and integration initiatives.
  • Deliver ongoing support for processes and tools, including SOPs and documentation.
  • Lead and support project management initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Drive process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
  • Take ownership of projects, anticipate challenges, and proactively propose solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Located in Cincinnati (no relocation assistance).
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of business or data analysis experience.
  • Strong experience with Power BI and Excel is required.
  • Ability to think ahead, act decisively, and build collaborative relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR; some local travel required.

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 – $95,000
