The Project Coordinator's primary responsibility is to work with their assigned team to arrange and execute services, ensuring we meet account deliverables. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing an understanding of department processes and procedures. The Project Coordinator must have the ability to prioritize various day-to-day job duties and make timely, accurate, sound business decisions.

  • Utilize company core values of TEAM (Trust, Empowerment, Accountability and Mesh) as guiding principles for behaviours with both internal and external customers.
  • Work diligently to become versed in all standard project coordination skills.
  • Develop understanding of all internal systems used to deliver services.
  • Demonstrate diligent task management behaviours.
  • Assist other team members with tasks, tracking, and other project administrative functions.
  • Develop understanding of industry specific terms.
  • Quote simple scope projects by developing operational plan and understanding cost structures.
  • Coordinate services and confirm pricing with our supplier network.
  • Properly update all required fields in appropriate computer application in accordance with client standards.
  • Maintain constant communication with client and consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Promptly communicate any potential problems, incidences, or occurrences affecting the daily operations and management of the department to your immediate supervisor.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with management, co-workers, team members, contractors, and customers with the Company’s best interests as a top priority.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to improve job related skills, be responsive to directions, accept constructive feedback, and show flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and in any Departmental Manual.
  • Accept and perform additional job duties, assignments or projects as directed by your immediate supervisor or management for the betterment of the Company.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or related position.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.

Pay & Benefits:

This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

  • Pay: $19 - $21 per hour

Conditions:

  • Full-time position. Generally Monday through Friday, first shift.
  • Unassisted lift up to 35lbs.
