Love building slick automations, playing with AI tools, and turning messy data into smart workflows?
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing tech – and wants to push what’s possible with automation, data, and AI.
You’ll be the guardian of our entire martech ecosystem. Not just managing tools – designing smarter ways to work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own our martech stack – tools like Airtable, Make.com, Apollo, GA4, Clay, Dripify, Miro, and more
- Build and scale AI-powered workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and automation platforms
- Connect everything – from lead capture and enrichment to CRM to reporting – and make it run without human hands
- Experiment with agentic AI, data enrichment tools, and bleeding-edge automations
- Clean up messy pipelines and make data flow like magic across the whole funnel
- Build dashboards, reports, and custom alerts so marketing knows what’s working (and what’s not)
- Work closely with content, growth, and product to launch smarter, faster, more measurable campaigns
Tools You Should Know (or Want to Master)
- ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, AgentGPT, VEO3
If you’ve played with 60% of these and are curious about the rest – that’s exactly who we want.
- You’ve already set up and automated multi-tool marketing flows
- You geek out on AI and automation – and you’re probably already running side experiments
- You’re fluent in data, APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- You hate repetitive work and constantly find faster, smarter ways to get things done
- You\’re creative, curious, and not afraid to break things to learn
What You’ll Get
- Salary in the £41k–£48k range (depending on experience)
- 100% remote, flexible working
- Direct impact – no red tape, no bloated org charts
- Freedom to experiment and build your own systems from scratch
- A team that’s obsessed with growth, learning, and shipping fast
- Pension
- Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and development.
- Collaborative Culture: Be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration.
- Opportunities for career growth and development
