As the primary relationship lead for Plane Saver’s corporate partners, you will develop and strengthen relationships with Plane Saver's corporate partners, increase employee engagement and membership uptake, support the onboarding of new partner organisations, and maximise participation in the products and services offered by Plane Saver. You will act as a key link between partner organisations and Plane Saver, promoting financial wellbeing initiatives and delivering value to both partners and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, managers and other key stakeholders. Develop a thorough understanding of partner organisations and their needs. Promote financial wellbeing initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and participation.
- Partner Onboarding & Employee Engagement: Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new corporate partners, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to active employee engagement. Deliver onboarding presentations, awareness sessions and promotional activities to introduce Plane Saver's products and services. Develop and execute engagement plans to maximise employee awareness and participation. Act as an ambassador for Plane Saver, promoting membership and benefit uptake across partner organisations.
- Membership Growth & Business Development: Drive membership growth, product uptake and engagement within existing partner organisations. Identify opportunities to expand participation in existing services and introduce new initiatives. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Business Development and Onboarding teams to maximise partner engagement and growth opportunities. Contribute ideas and campaigns designed to increase member participation and engagement.
- Events, Presentations & Partner Support: Represent Plane Saver at partner sites, exhibitions, networking events and other external engagements. Deliver presentations, workshops and information sessions to employees and stakeholders. Respond promptly to partner queries and escalations. Liaise with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of partner services. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, engagement activities and outcomes. Produce reports on partnership performance and engagement activity. Provide recommendations to improve partner relationships, member engagement and service delivery. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the partner experience.
Required experience and skills:
- Proven experience in partnership management, account management, or B2B business development—ideally within financial services, employee benefits, or membership-based organisations.
- Sales Mindset: A proactive, commercial approach to driving "sales" of our benefits to existing partners; you are comfortable influencing stakeholders to achieve growth targets.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to "break through" and build rapport with HR and management teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broad audience.
- High level of autonomy, with the ability to manage a split between virtual relationship-building (approx. 70-80%) and field-based site visits (approx. 20-30%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
