What you do as a Guest Server:
- You will be responsible for delivering a seamless front of house guest experience - welcome of guests, introduction of order at table (OAT), running food and beverage to tables, maintaining an efficient standard of service.
- You will ensure that the guest journey is consistently seamless, always maintaining impeccable and efficient standards.
- You will support the Management team in ensuring that the guest experience is of the highest standard whilst also ensuring that the pass is clean and tidy and to run food and drinks to the guests in a timely manner following their order being placed.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting guests at the host area and welcoming them to Plane Food.
- Accompanying guests to their table, whilst walking to the table introduce them to OAT.
- Maintaining full knowledge of the menu.
- Always keeping focus on the pass and bar to ensure orders are served to tables promptly.
