Role Overview
WBM Plandome is seeking a UK-based Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound enquiries, qualify prospects, and convert interest into booked consultations and confirmed projects.
This is not cold sales. All leads are inbound β generated via our website, social platforms, and direct planning enquiries.
Your role is to maintain momentum, follow up professionally, and close warm prospects into paid planning and architectural services.
What You'll Be Selling
Our core services include:
β’ Planning feasibility assessments
β’ Architectural drawings (existing & proposed)
β’ Planning applications (extensions, conversions, HMOs, change of use)
β’ Strategic planning advice to reduce refusal risk
Average deal value: Β£1,000 β Β£4,000
Primary service price: ~Β£4,000 per project
Key Responsibilities
β’ Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp
β’ Qualify prospects and understand their project intent
β’ Book and confirm consultations with our consultants
β’ Follow up consistently on unresponsive or delayed leads
β’ Close suitable prospects into paid services
β’ Maintain clear communication and professional tone at all times
Inbound Lead Volume
β’ 10β15 inbound leads per week
β’ Warm, UK-based prospects
β’ No cold calling required
Performance Targets
β’ Minimum target: 4 confirmed orders per month
β’ Higher performance encouraged β no upper cap
Month 1 β Mandatory Training & Onboarding
β’ Fixed base pay: Β£500
β’ Training focus includes:
β’ Service and product understanding
β’ Sales process and qualification framework
β’ Inbound call handling
β’ Follow-up workflows and CRM usage
β’ Live call shadowing and supervised engagement
β’ No commission applies during the training month
From Month 2 Onwards β Role Options
Candidates will choose one of the following role paths:
Option 1 β Appointment Setter Only
Compensation
β’ Fixed base pay: Β£500 per month
β’ No commission
Responsibilities
β’ Handle inbound calls and enquiries
β’ Follow up on missed calls and no-show appointments
β’ Qualify leads and book confirmed consultations
β’ Maintain accurate follow-up and appointment records
Option 2 β Full Sales Cycle (Appointment Setting + Sales Closure)
Compensation
β’ Fixed base pay: Β£500 per month
β’ 10% commission on each client invoice that is fully paid
β’ No earnings cap
Responsibilities
β’ Manage inbound enquiries end-to-end
β’ Conduct sales calls and structured follow-ups
β’ Progress prospects through to successful closure
β’ Own deals from first contact to invoice payment
Option 3 β Sales Closure Only
Compensation
β’ No fixed base pay
β’ 10% commission on each client invoice that is fully paid
Responsibilities
β’ Conduct sales calls on qualified leads provided
β’ Handle objections and close deals
β’ Commission applies only to deals personally closed
Commission is paid per confirmed and paid project.
No base salary β performance-driven role.
