Multiskilled HVAC/Plumbing Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across the site. Based at LCY2 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out mechanical remedial works.
  • Attend and rectify mechanical faults.
  • Carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company’s PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Produce technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
  • Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
  • Ensure the company is always presented in a good light.
  • Escalate any major site issues or incidents to the line manager as soon as noticed.
  • Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and be equally aware of the own roles and responsibilities within the company.

Based at Amazon LCY2 but may be required to work at other local Amazon sites.

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HVAC/Air conditioning
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
  • Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations)
