ABM is seeking a proactive and dedicated Deputy Facilities Manager to join our team at Manor Walks. In this role, you will support the Facilities Manager in delivering high‑quality services to our client, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. You will play a key part in maintaining service excellence, meeting client expectations, and upholding ABM's standards by consistently following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract in line with ABM's policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Oversee the security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and consistently high standards of service.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Centre Management team.
- Monitor performance to ensure all teams exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the delivery of training, health & safety, development, and colleague welfare initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Undertake any additional duties as required to meet evolving client needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in operations or facilities management, ideally within a multi‑service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams effectively.
- Confident IT user with good working knowledge of relevant systems and software.
- Health & Safety certification (e.g., IOSH or equivalent).
- Valid SIA licences (Door Supervisor and CCTV) desirable.
