Sommaire des responsabilités :
- Planification et organisation des services : déployer et suivre le programme et les interventions, coordonner les horaires et assurer l’intégration des activités et services pour un parcours optimal de la clientèle.
- Encadrement du personnel : coordonner l’équipe clinique, s’assurer que les interventions sont efficaces, éthiques et respectent les standards et offrir un soutien pour les situations complexes.
- Assurance qualité et suivi clinique : valider la documentation, suivre et évaluer la performance clinique, développer des outils d’intervention et proposer des plans d’amélioration continue.
- Communication et liaison : faciliter les échanges entre les différents professionnels, services et familles pour assurer la cohérence et la continuité de la démarche thérapeutique.
- Formation et développement : identifier les besoins de formation des intervenants et coordonner le développement professionnel en continu.
- Gestion des ressources : participer à la gestion des ressources humaines, matérielles et informationnelles rattachées au programme d’intervention ainsi qu’à l’intégration et à l’évaluation des bénévoles, intervenants, stagiaires et autres membres du personnel.
Profil de qualification et de compétences :
- Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau universitaire avec un minimum de 3 années d’expérience pertinente ou de niveau collégial et un certificat en toxicomanie avec un minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente ou d’un certificat en toxicomanie avec un minimum de 7 années d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine.
- Sens de l’éthique et rigueur de pensée et d’exécution.
- Aptitudes communicationnelles (à l’oral et l’écrit).
- Aptitudes organisationnelles et d’encadrement.
- Discernement et objectivité.
- Capacité à mobiliser et à transmettre des connaissances.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration et en partenariat.
- Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques en matière d’intervention auprès des personnes en situation de dépendance.
