En équipe avec la cuisinière, l’aide cuisinier (ère) participera à :
- la préparation, à la cuisson et au service de différents plats
- vérifier la fraîcheur des produits
- participer Ă la gestion des inventaires
- veiller au maintien de la propreté de l’environnement de travail
- assurer la satisfaction des invités
Sous la supervision du gérant, l’assistant de camp aura la responsabilité de :
- maintenir la propreté de l’environnement du site
- assurer la satisfaction des invités en répondant à leurs besoins
- effectuer toutes autres tâches visant à assurer l’excellence du service à la clientèle, y compris les entretiens et réparations des bâtiments et autres installations lors des saisons mortes
Vous passerez la saison en Estrie, dans ce magnifique club privé, situé à 1 heure de Sherbrooke et à environ 2h45 de Montréal. Les clients propriétaires et leurs invités y sont en vacances et pêchent la truite mouchetée en canot sur un territoire exclusif avec lac privé. Les tables sont généralement de 8 à 12 personnes. Un seul service par repas. Vous serez logé ainsi que nourri dans un magnifique chalet en bois rond.
Niveau d’études : Secondaire professionnel (DEP) ; Années d’expérience : 1 année d’expérience.
Compétences personnelles : faire preuve de tact et de discrétion, être ponctuel et fiable, avoir une présentation soignée, être capable de s’adapter aux imprévus, posséder une bonne rapidité d’exécution, être polyvalent, se tenir debout et marcher tout au long de la période de travail.
Qualification professionnelle reconnue : permis de conduire valide.
Langues demandées : français ou anglais (parlé et écrit). Bilinguisme parlé et écrit serait un atout.
Conditions de travail : temps plein, permanente ou saisonnier, de jour, 6 mois renouvelable chaque année. Statut d’emploi : saisonnier, temps plein, de jour. Lieu de travail : club privé de chasse et de pêche, 1 h de Sherbrooke.
