Les cinq fabriques de l’unité pastorale Sainte-Marie-de-Lac sont à la recherche d’une personne qualifiée pour occuper le poste de commis-comptable.
Responsabilités principales :
- Effectuer la tenue de livres complète des fabriques;
- Préparer et traiter les paies via la plateforme Solutions Employeur Desjardins;
- Effectuer le traitement des factures des comptes-fournisseurs et le traitement des comptes Ă recevoir;
- Préparer les documents requis pour la vérification comptable annuelle;
- Collaborer avec les vérificateurs comptables diocésains;
- Assurer un suivi comptable conforme aux normes et lois en vigueur;
- Maintenir une organisation rigoureuse des dossiers et soutenir les fabriques dans leurs obligations administratives.
Exigences et compétences recherchées :
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience en comptabilité, incluant la paie;
- Maîtrise du logiciel Sage 50 serait un atout;
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Bonne connaissance du secteur des organismes sans but lucratif (OSBL) serait un atout;
- Excellente capacité d’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail;
- Autonomie, discrétion et professionnalisme et respect;
- Capacité à se déplacer occasionnellement entre les paroisses au besoin.
Conditions de travail :
- Le lieu de travail est situé au presbytère de la paroisse Ste-Agnès;
- Horaire du lundi au vendredi 25 heures/semaine (possibilité d’ajout d’heures selon entente);
- Entrée en fonction: immédiate, selon disponibilité.
