PLAN Productions is looking for an organised and proactive Samples + Studio Assistant to join the team. This is a hands-on, studio-based role working closely with our production and shoot teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the studio runs smoothly, that our creative teams have exactly what they need, and that clients, models, and crews are well looked after on set.
- Sample Management: Tracking the flow of samples through the studio. You’ll maintain the organisation of studio spaces, styling rails, and wardrobe areas.
- Arranging lunches for the crew and ensuring the studio and kitchen are well-stocked and welcoming.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshooting sample queries on an ad-hoc basis to keep production moving.
- Studio Upkeep: General maintenance of the space to ensure it remains a clean, functional, and professional environment for our team and clients.
Experience: Previous experience working in a studio environment is essential.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Based at our studio in Manchester.
Contract: Available as either a fixed-term contract or a permanent role.
