PLAN Productions is looking for an organised Accounts Assistant to join the team. We’re a busy production company, and as we scale up our projects, we need someone reliable to support on our day-to-day financial admin.
Xero Management: Reconciling bank statements ensuring all transactions are mapped to the correct nominal codes.
Systems: You must be proficient in Xero and Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience: Ideally, you’ll have 2–3 years of experience in finance admin or bookkeeping.
We are flexible with how this role works and are happy to work around your schedule.
Schedule: 3 - 4 days per week.
School Hours: We are open to someone who wants to work school hours.
Contract: Available as either a fixed-term contract or a permanent part-time role.
