PLAN Productions is looking for an organised Accounts Assistant to join the team. We’re a busy production company, and as we scale up our projects, we need someone reliable to support on our day-to-day financial admin.
The Role
- Invoicing & Payments: Processing a high volume of supplier invoices.
- Xero Management: Reconciling bank statements ensuring all transactions are mapped to the correct nominal codes.
- Expense Management: Reviewing and processing staff and crew expenses, ensuring receipts are provided and VAT is correctly accounted for.
What we’re looking for
- We need someone with a few years of experience in a similar role.
- Systems: You must be proficient in Xero and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience: Ideally, you’ll have 2–3 years of experience in finance admin or bookkeeping.
The Details
- We are flexible with how this role works and are happy to work around your schedule.
- Schedule: 3 - 4 days per week.
- School Hours: We are open to someone who wants to work school hours (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm).
- Contract: Available as either a fixed-term contract or a permanent part-time role.
