Plan It is a growing architectural services company specialising in the design and delivery of residential home extensions. We’re currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team and support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Submitting and recording planning applications
  • Liaising with planning officers and third-party consultants
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Providing support for meetings, including scheduling and preparation
  • Invoice chasing and assisting with bookkeeping
  • Supporting project coordination and technical approval applications
  • Answering phones and welcoming clients to the office
  • Booking consultations for the sales team
  • Creating and maintaining digital and paper filing systems
  • Scheduling customer appointments, meetings, and assisting with event planning

What We’re Looking For:
