As part of the Global Supply Chain team at Plan International, this role is crucial for the successful adoption of the new SAP S/4HANA system following the brownfield conversion across the organization. As the Training Facilitator, you will support the design, delivery, and facilitation of engaging training programs, both in-person and virtual, to equip end-users with the necessary skills to navigate the S/4HANA changes, with a focus on supply chain and procurement processes. You will leverage your understanding of learning experience development and eLearning tools to create impactful learning experiences, collaborating with the training development team and local stakeholders to ensure relevance and accessibility.
Location: The role can be flexible, based at a Plan International office where you have the right to work and reside, preferably in a central time zone. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to the office depending on your location.
Salary: Salary and benefits will be disclosed during the application process and are based on your location.
