Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional teams in local adaptation and rollout of training.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Sponsorship, IT, Learning & Capabilities, MERL, Programmes, and Communications.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading global training or L&D for digital systems in an iNGO, UN agency, or multinational context.
  • Strong background in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and digital pedagogy.
  • Experience designing and rolling out training for diverse user groups, ideally in multilingual, low-connectivity, and cross-cultural settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, engaging learning materials (e.g., guides, e-learning, video tutorials).
  • Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and blended learning approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills—both online and in-person.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital data collection platforms (e.g., CommCare, KoboToolbox, DHIS2, ODK, Salesforce) is desirable.
  • Passionate about building others' capacity and enabling digital transformation.
  • Inclusive and adaptable, with strong cultural awareness.
  • Practical, creative, and hands-on in designing resources that meet users where they are.
  • Collaborative team player with the confidence to engage colleagues across a global workstream.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset.
