An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Engagement Coordinator to join our Supporter Engagement and Operations team in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our current and potential supporters. Our primary proposition is Child Sponsorship, where we deliver an engaging one to one relationship to over 80,000 child sponsors. Our Supporter Engagement and Operations team recruits, retains and develops the support of individuals and households in the UK and is responsible for generating income from individuals through fulfilment of the sponsorship journey.

In this role, you will communicate with supporters using a variety of channels including telephone, post, email, social media and face to face. You will respond to all kinds of enquiries promptly so that our supporters feel nurtured and valued as a key part of our work. This role is varied and an excellent opportunity to develop a diverse range of transferable skills.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience of working in a busy customer/supporter care role in a similar environment and be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service. You will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure. Above all, you will be able to communicate with tact, diplomacy and confidence to all supporters to ensure they receive the highest quality experience.
