Salary: £47,338 per annum (i.e. pro-rata to the full-time equivalent of £77,770 per annum)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Legal and Compliance to lead the organisation’s approach to legal, risk and compliance. In this role you will provide in-house legal support and advice to mitigate legal, regulatory, compliance and governance risks. You’ll ensure that practical policies, procedures, reporting and assurance mechanisms are in place to identify, manage and report on legal, risk and compliance matters.
In this role, you’ll be a senior, hands-on sole-counsel managing a small team. You must be comfortable drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and supporting operational requirements, as well as advising on strategic matters to board level.
