We’re looking for a confident Digital Marketing Executive that will take the reins of key marketing activity across partner, customer and internal comms for a 12-month fixed term role, helping shape how plan shows up in the market every day. This role is all about turning ideas into impact. From campaigns and content to product launches and partner activity, you’ll be right at the centre of making things happen - creating marketing that gets seen, used and talked about.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-pace, competitive environment, with the passion and drive to deliver multiple projects often to tight deadlines. A creative and strategic thinker, you’ll have the energy and drive to go the extra mile and exceed expectations.
Working closely with sales, product, design, people experience and senior leaders, you’ll take business priorities and turn them into clear, creative and commercially focused marketing across every channel. It’s a hands-on role where no two days look the same - one minute you’re shaping a campaign, the next you’re pulling together a launch, writing content, or bringing a new idea to life.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Partner Marketing
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to engage audiences and set plan apart.
- Lead partner marketing campaigns and enablement activity.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, partner tools and presentation.
- Create partner training materials and enablement content.
- Support development of case studies and testimonials.
- Coordinate partner webinar communications and setup.
- Campaign & Content Delivery
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across email, web and digital channels.
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing launch plans for products, services, and platform updates.
- Manage customer lifecycle communications including onboarding, service updates, and change communications (from copy through to delivery).
- Internal Marketing & Brand
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate internal launch planning and go-to-market activity.
- Support sales teams with battlecards, messaging, and pitch content.
- Coordinate the advertising and PR efforts of the businesses.
- Coordinate marketing briefs with internal teams and external agencies (design and PR) where required.
- Support maintenance of sales SRM onboarding and data coordination.
- Proactive, hands-on marketer who takes ownership of delivery.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Work effectively under pressure and be unphased by demanding timelines or unplanned changes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
