We are hiring an Account Manager to join our events and production team. This role is based 20 minutes from Central Dublin, making it ideal for candidates living in Central Dublin, South Dublin, West Dublin, or Kildare. As an Account Manager, you will manage incoming enquiries, convert opportunities into confirmed projects, and ensure each event is fully scoped and ready for production. Candidates with experience in hotel event coordination or conference management are strongly encouraged to apply. The Account Manager will work closely with clients, Production Managers, and internal teams to prepare proposals, gather onboarding documentation, attend meetings and site visits, and act as the primary commercial contact throughout the planning and delivery of events. A full clean driving licence is essential, as you will be required to visit clients, venues, and live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries via email, phone, website, and internal referrals.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for events and production projects.
  • Gather and validate onboarding documentation for new clients.
  • Complete project handovers with full commercial and technical detail.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
  • Maintain client communication regarding approvals, updates, and scope changes.
  • Act as the commercial point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Event Coordinator, Hotel Events Manager, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in preparing proposals.
  • Experience in events, AV, production, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable attending client sites and live events.

Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence (essential).
  • Must be based in Central Dublin, South/West Dublin, or Kildare.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings and events.
  • Professional, client-focused approach.
