About the Role

As Senior Structural Designer, you will play a key role in transforming client briefs into eye-catching, practical 3D cardboard POS and retail display solutions. From ideation to prototype, you will lead the structural design process and collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to bring high-impact displays to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom structural concepts for POS, retail, and exhibition displays
  • Produce CAD drawings and 3D visuals using Kasemake and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create accurate white and colour mock-ups for client presentations
  • Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and meet client specifications
  • Stay up to date with materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental care
  • Contribute to a collaborative, creative studio environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in structural design for POS or retail displays (if you can provide a portfolio this would also be great!)
  • Proficiency with Kasemake, Adobe Suite, and Mac/PC platforms
  • Excellent understanding of cardboard materials and construction techniques
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a commercial eye
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of general office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
